Frozen Matcha didn't have enough matcha powder.. Instead of deep green, it was light green in color and ice mostly. No taste at all, except iced water! $13 for iced water!?!

Dunkin should teach their employees of standard in making drinks!! 
One shift makes great drinks, the other makes watery non quality ones. Or maybe company itself orders skimpiness. 
Whoever is responsible for this fiasco it is not customers' problem, and it is not worth your money, people!

Macchiato and cappuccino did not have any flavor swirls, nor sugar as requested!
Pure coffee taste without any added flavors and sweetness 
Complete disaster tonight!
