Instead of a croissant my sandwich was made on a hard bagel that was burnt black on one side. I specifically selected "contact me" if the item was unavailable. The drink was literally seperated, watery bottom foamy top & 2 of 4 stuffed bagels were frozen in the middle. very disappointing
