Both Coffee Chiller is made completely wrong my Iced Tea has no blueberry in it forgot the Loaded Hash Browns and the Maple Sugar Snackin' Bacon has literally 1 1/2 pieces.

The Iced Coffee was great, but I was frustrated by the fact that a straw was not included in my order. The order arrived in a completely sealed bag and was part of a double dash order I made through DoorDash. My DoorDash we would have likely assumed a straw would have been included in the bag. I was even impressed how sealed and prepared the bag and container was holding only one coffee to prevent spilling. But I didn’t have any spare straws and felt disappointed in whomever was working at Dunkin that day forgetting a straw. I’m still giving a thumbs up because again…the coffee tasted good. Just be aware you may need to pick up extra straws??

Admittedly I ordered at the end of the evening. I'd hope though that if the only donuts left were stale ones they would just refund my order. Disappointing! All but the Boston cremes were hard and dry and inedible.

food came burnt. donuts and donut holes in bag smooshed together. iced coffee came with no flavor or cream! not a good first time experience with dunkin donuts.
