I tried  a Mix Your Own Refresher with blackberry, strawberry and sparkling water was so good. It was light, not too sweet and not too bubbly. I think I am addicted. Another reason to order from Dunkin!

Iced Latte drink was in an open cap drinking cup; not sealed. Those should not be used for deliveries!
The English muffin was supposed to me toasted dark. It was split but not toasted at all!

When i first got my order I saw that the drink was completely almost like milk, I am aware that a caramel Iced Macchiato is susposed to be mostly milk and coffee, for my drink it was 90% milk and 10% coffee. Keep in mind I ordered a large regular caramel Iced Macchiato . For the Hash Browns, they were fine, I just went ahead and airfryed them to get them more crispy.

Why is Dunkin's packaging Original Blend Iced Coffee in cups with open hole caps (sippy) for delivery. Even with sticker and/or in bag, the beverage leaks.
