while the Chicken & Roasted Pepper Dunkin' Wrap , vanilla Vanilla Bean Coolatta® were amazing however I ordered a Boston cream, vanilla cream Classic Donuts, I seem to have been given two Boston creams. so while the food was fine I'm going with three stars. due to not following instructions,not reaching out to inform the customer if an item they bought wasn't actually available. I just don't appreciate seeing what I order in the receipt but when I opened it to look it wasn't at all what I ordered. so please next time pay attention to the details of the order, keep proper communication as well as proper order updates if they need to be changed. cause changing items but not saying so is very annoying. 

so for the future please take this into consideration for the next customer.

This was suposed to have 2 shots of espresso since i paid for an extra shot. This mocha latte tastes more like chocolate milk

Classic Donuts
so while I'm fine with the store not having the items as shown on there menus however the poor handling and packaging of my order shows there's still much the staff need to trained on. as they were not at all handled with care as seen in the photo.  

I will not be returning them however I will make it known that the managers on shift need to start making sure there employees are packing the food items properly. as I don't appreciate having my donuts smeared all over the bag.  so for the poor service  2  stars.

I ordered a drink and a sandwich. I only recorded my drink and when I contacted the driver, they never replied. compared to other sunkins though, the drink was amazing.
