The bagel barely had cream cheese, otherwise ok. The chai tea was all oat milk there was no color. Didn't even taste the chai.
I order a lot from Dunkin and this is the first time I was unhappy. I'd like to get my $7 back for my iced chai.

Hot coffee should be transported in a tray. In a bag, the handling produces a lot of spillage.
