There was no sugar in my coffee and it was super strong and bitter. However, the food was hot and fresh!

Bought a dozen donuts. Received half of what I ordered, and was given substitutions. Which was fine, except the donuts I received were crushed, dry, and looked old. The ones that had filling barely had any filling at all. The cost per donut is $1.99. They should be better than this.  Next time I'll order from a different donut shop. Sandwich was throw  into the box with no top bread, so the cheese melted to the box, the eggs and one piece of bread that  was in the box were not even cooked well. I literally only got half a sandwich. How is this exceptable. Coffee was cold.

I never have problems when I go to this Dunkin, but most times I order on this app something is wrong. Out of the 3 coffee ordered, only one was correct. Bitter Original Blend Iced Coffee that's supposed to be Mocha flavored. I ask for less ice and get half a cups worth instead. Just better to make the drive if you want quality products.

My croissant was practically burnt and hard. My iced coffee was basically a cup of ice with about 4-5 ounces of coffee. After sipping a little, it was gone and I had 3/4ths a cup of ice left. I don't know what happened.
