Our burgers feature eight ounces of locally sourced prime ground brisket, short-rib, and choice chuck, and are hand-crafted in-house, cooked to order. Not up for a burger? Choose a house-marinated, grilled portabella mushroom cap or a seared chicken breast, or let our other sandwiches delight you. All of our burgers and sandwiches are served on a freshly baked brioche roll, unless otherwise noted; topped with red leaf lettuce, sliced tomato, and sliced red onion.
