Eastern Pavillion was closed for about two months and we ordered Chinese from two other highly rated take-out restaurants. The food was not nearly as good as we remembered it was from Eastern Pavillion. Now that Eastern Pavillion has reopened, our memory was proved accurate. What we just ate was far better than from the other Chinese restaurants we tried.

I've ordered many times. I won't again fried rice was all grease had to throw dish out. u can see oil on ridge of take out. soup was so greasy. terrible and waste money

I have eaten from this restaurant for 2 years. I get the same order every single time. Every single item I was given looked like it was taken from a completely different reaturant than the one I know. The Shredded Pork with String Beans was gross chunks of pork and the string beas were empty edamame shells. The Gyoza is usually delicious but I got wet UNCOOKED dumplings.

Egg roll, egg drop soup and chicken noodle soup were all delicious. If this were my first time ordering shrimp with lobster sauce, I wouldn't order it again. The shrimp was fresh, but the lobster sauce was watery and bland. This has always been my favorite dish at Eastern Pavillion. I don't know if they were having issues in the kitchen or someone just didn't care. Needless to say, I will be trying another restaurant.

Pad Thai doused in hotsauce. Filled with giant Bell Peppers and and huge pieces of onions. The Gyoza were dumplings (white floppy soggy noodle) not traditional gyoza, and very soupy.
