Received fresh fruit gift box on 10 Feb 2025 Celebration for Life of my daughter and was disappointed in POOR quality if fruit and flowers. . Call and spoke with manager and was told replacement was coming next day but to-date, no replacement has arrived. Please refund to my son-in-law. Thank you

This is the second time I have ordered from here, and nothing arrives as pictured! First time I ordered a big beautiful bouquet of flowers and instead got some gas station looking daisies and carnations, not at all like the image posted for nearly $100. Second time I got a platter that showed it on a glass/ceramic platter and a fruit bouquet in a ceramic vase, instead the platter arrived in a plastic ToGo container and the fruit arrangement arrived in a box. If you're going to charge $80-$100 dollars for some fruit, it should most definitely arrive in a real vase and a real platter! I am so disappointed that I can't get the same item in store as I can on DoorDash. At least update your pictures to avoid false advertisement.
