I love bagel and egg breakfast sandwiches, and Einstein Bros really knocks them out of the park. On my heavenly Farmhouse Egg Sandwich, the flavors of the everything bagel blend perfectly with its contents, especially the smear and egg! I also ordered the Cold Brew, Small with caramel, which is super delicious!

Avocado Veg Out Sandwich arrived almost fully disassembled, hardly any avocado, cut off center, tomatoes pithy and falling apart, and spinach rotten. Seems as if absolutely no care was taken in preparing the food or maintaining quality ingredients.

I normally love Einstein Bros, but had to give up on this location. Not sure if it's this location or their mobile ordering/ takeout system but I've gotten burned too many times with wrong items and cold food. Today I received a breakfast sandwich with roast beef instead of the Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich. The Twice-Baked Hashbrowns tasted like instant mashed potatoes with cheddar cheese warmed up in oil.

I moved from Tucson where Bruggers Bagels are king. So now in Scottsdale I looked forward to ordering from Einstein. What they delivered was appalling! There was a tablespoon of dried overcooked brisket imbued with dried cheese that even my dog refused to eat. Looked nothing like the picture. And the bagels were soggy like from the supermarket. The 2 slices of ham on the other bagel were OK. Called DoorDash but overlooked taking a picture before putting it in the garbage. Called Einstein but recording claimed no one to take the call. They knew what they sent me. Best sandwiches absolutely not.

The Texas Brisket Sandwich was subpar. Tasted good, but not as advertised. Very little brisket on the sandwich. The hashbrown was totally flat and really small. Again, tasted good, but not as advertised.
