The Chile Colorado was nothing but fat. The chimichanga had only beans and chile verde sauce no meat. I know meat prices are crazy but this is stealing from customers. The absolute worst Mexican food I have ever experienced. Shame on you for letting this leave your kitchen.

Love the Chicken Mole here, it's my go-to! But, I've noticed a trend on weekends – the sauce is noticeably watered down, which is a bummer. Tonight was especially weak. It's usually amazing during the week, so I'm wondering if something changes on weekends?"

Alma and the crew at el maestro are the best. Great food! Need to work on cleaning up the DoorDash menu though.
