• 6/8/26The Taco Salad Fajita with shrimp is fantastic! The fajita style of cooking the shrimp, onions, and peppers elevated the flavor an incredible amount. This is my favorite dish at El Magueys. The Cheese Cake isn't the best I've tasted, it was very soft and fluffy, but I'd buy it again.

• 9/21/25The Taco Salad Fajita with shrimp is my favorite dish.Its very filling for a salad, and El Maguey always has fresh crisp veggies. I will definitely order it again, but I love trying new things (to me) on the menu. Like the Quesadilla Mexicana with chorizo. It turned my taste buds on! It's delicious!

• 1/12/26my only complaint about ordering from here when I ordered the Taco Salad Fajita is that it comes wrapped in two pieces of aluminum foil. after opening it, it is difficult to eat out of the aluminum foil and cannot be transferred to a plate. but the food is always very fresh, with large portions, and tastes wonderful. I at least order this once a week!

• 7/1/25Taco Salad Fajita was only wrapped in aluminum foil when it arrived at my door, there were juices in the bottom of the delivery bag . when I openedp it the taco shell was soggy and the lettuce was all wilted and nasty. Chiles Rellenos Poblanos extremely cheesy because a substituted the red sauce. I only wish the outside coating around the pepper was it more crispy. or I should have had the cheese sauce on the side. but I do appreciate this store doing special instructions on any item that you purchase. I have a medical condition that causes me to choke easily and they always upon request chop my vegetables and meat extremely fine. and when I normally order my taco salad fajita generally come in a aluminum pan and then covered with aluminum foil. so I don't know if they recently changed or this is just a one-time event. but I would definitely request a aluminum pan.
