It's good and a better alternative to other fast food. Chicken was moist and tender and the skin was crunchy. The sides were pretty good as well.

Getting the large Chips & Guacamole Large is not worth the $10. At least they were generous w their chips? It is a 3.25 oz serving -- same size as their salad dressing. I will make my own guac for less. They forgot the dressing to the Double Chicken Avocado Salad. At least this time we got utensils. Very inconsistent. Will have to go to EPL on Coleman as we cant rely on consistency.

The Baja chicken and shrimp tostada was life changing. Shrimp was marinated very good and the Baja sauce is so good I wish they sold it by the bottle. Definitely coming back and recommending.

8pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Dinner was dry, inedible, and way too salty and over-brined. Also, the Pico de Gallo (Medium) was so watered-down and mushy I thought they accidentally gave me the wrong type of salsa.

Ordered the 8-piece 8pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Family Meal from Story Rd location in San Jose which was very dry (seemed similar to cooked chicken that was placed in the refrigerator for two-days as old chicken) compared with the same meal from the Coleman Ave location on San Jose. I don't recommend the Story Rd location, and go to Coleman Ave location instead!
