pumpkin pie Mini Churros are best when they are hot. the chicken tostada was very good, but it would have been better if but it would have been better if they added the lettuce on top and put a little bit of sauce between and put a little bit of sauce between the beans and rice I would order again. it makes two meals for me instead of one everything was fresh.

Double Chicken Tostada Salad and the 16-piece 16pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Family Meal everything was fresh and packed perfectly. It was packed better than the drive thru. I was worried about Salsa due to no special instructions but the team packed extra salsa. I am pleased.

I always like the food, but this is the third time my order has been incomplete. I two bowls of tortilla soup were not in the bag, which was sealed when I received it. My receipt lists it and the amount was charged, but no soup. The bag did not appear to be tampered with and there was plenty of room in it for the two cups of soup. I don't think it is DoorDash at fault. I think it is th El Pollo Loco staff. I'm out about $10. I'll try to get a refund but

Amazingness all around, the Double chicken tostada salad is really good highly recommend it, the outside stays crispy the bottom gets a little soggy so eat it ASAP. Also had a Bean Rice Cheese burrito and it was freaking great!!!! I'm going to get these items again forsure thank you El Pollo Loco and DoorDash

great chicken salad needed a little more sour cream and chicken. but otherwise was really great all the ingredients were fresh and the tortilla bowl was crispy and non greasy.
