Double Chicken Tostada Salad and the 16-piece 16pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Family Meal everything was fresh and packed perfectly. It was packed better than the drive thru. I was worried about Salsa due to no special instructions but the team packed extra salsa. I am pleased.

Amazingness all around, the Double chicken tostada salad is really good highly recommend it, the outside stays crispy the bottom gets a little soggy so eat it ASAP. Also had a Bean Rice Cheese burrito and it was freaking great!!!! I'm going to get these items again forsure thank you El Pollo Loco and DoorDash

great chicken salad needed a little more sour cream and chicken. but otherwise was really great all the ingredients were fresh and the tortilla bowl was crispy and non greasy.

A guacamole burrito something that I ordered all the time but this one the meat was burnt and it had too much sauce. It fell apart, and it just tastes awful.

Chicken was perfect not over fried (dry) the mash potatoes & gravy was good. The churros were good but would have been better with some sugar on them.
