Always have loved El Pollo Loco and the way they make their chicken ,very tasty.

We have been loyal customers for almost 6 years since we moved to SolCa. I love the juice fire taste of their chicken. However, recent order made me think the quality of the food is going down, especially the delivery order. The meat is hard to bite and the portion of the salad is becoming smaller. Of course the price is soaring to the sky. I would think other alternatives for my family.

The chicken in the bowl was rock solid and my daughter could not even eat it not worth what I just spent to have it delivered for it to have to be thrown away

The corn is great. The chicken is always dry in the tostada and the avocado wasn't good this time but besides that it was good

it wasn't as crispy and delicious as the ads portray(unfortunate) the burrito didn't have that delicious Birria until I wd about 3-4 bites down (for some this could be more bites) so I didn't experience that goodness right away and the tortilla was very limp and almost soggy, not toasted/ crispy like the ads. It didn't meet expectations, but was edible.
