Everything was awesome. The 8pc 8pc Family Feast came with lots of extras, the chicken was juicy and the sides were fresh. The Shredded Chicken Nachos were especially good, and the guacamole was great. All around great meal!

so disappointed with the Caramel Flan portion for almost $5.00 this is the size you get. These are from packages you buy at the store for snacks. It's not even a slice of Caramel Flan . Pollo Loco you got to do better

I have seen bigger pigeons at the park then alleged chicken I received! Chicken was cold and old. Sides were half the size of what use to be not 3 years ago. Flour Tortillas were hard as rocks and half size the use to be. Churros I ordered 4 so I got 2 cut in half. Nothing was sealed. Utensils were unsealed thrown in bag my guess was from dirty handed driver! I feel completely RIPPED OFF I spent 75 dollars for half sized OLD some uneditable food!!! Stay away from El Pollo Loco save your money!!!

The coleslaw was dry! Threw it away. The chick was raw.... El Pollo Loco used tobe good now their standa are low

Everything was good mostly. I would recommend the flower tortillas be cooked a little longer they were midway just dough or masa.
