Huge fan of El Pollo Loco... like 33 years. LOL
All the bowls are always delish, tortillas fresh, side yummy, and of course the chicken cooked perfectly. I have never had an issue with my orders.. I just wish there was a button to select extra salsa's and of course to add "serranos". Just does not taste the same without that added "spicy" kick!!!

I'm was very unsatisfied with my food. The tostada was soft, the avocado was hard and the chicken was extremely dry. I was not worh eating. $17 wasted

Chicken was overcooked, dry and not fresh. Tasted like it was made 2 days ago and placed in a microwave. Never experienced this before it's normally good. So disappointed 😞

That side salad was a ripoff! Nearly $5 for some hard white lettuce and soggy tortilla chips. Thats it, no cheese or anything else. They even forgot the dressing.
