First time trying the Shredded Chicken Nachos from this place. The nachos barely had any chicken in them plus the chicken was not shredded. The toppings were very slim and the whole presentation of them was sloppy. The flavor was bland. Taco Bell did it better with more toppings for cheaper money. The bean rice and cheese BRC Burrito was also bland and once again, it is better from Taco Bell with less money. Very disappointing.

The nachos barely had any chicken on it. I requested to add shredded cheese and there was barely any cheese at all. I have ordered this item 3 times and it was only good one time.

I have been purchasing this salad for years in Redondo Beach. Ive always been satisfied. My salad was horrible. The chicken was hard and burnt there was hardly any ingredients. The tortilla shell smelled bad. I wont purchase this again.

Everything on my order was bad , the chicken quesadillas wasn't great tasted over seasoned I requested no chicken and they still added it. They gave me 3 hot sauces in which I only asked for 1 and several fiery hot sauce, didn't even get that right. Mashed potatoes still needed more cooking was very clumpy.

the classic chicken salad didn't taste very creamy, it was not completely filled. It was more lettuce then the other stuff. The chicken had pieces of fat.
