Everything was there, everything was hot and well prepared, paid more for a KFC family meal with sides that couldn't even feed my family of 4. Paid less for El Pollo Loco and I have leftovers. Kudos.

The LARGE chips and salsa that was included with the 12 piece family meal had exactly 6 chips in a small paper bag. But at least they gave me 6 salsas... one chip per salsa I guess.

I'm new to DoorDash. But the food was hot. Very well covered. No spills on the soup. Amazing. I just got zero salsas and utensils. I don't know if I was supposed to ask for it. Other than that. Food was great.

I love the food its just not consistently right when I get it delivered. I order 1 chicken and 1 shredded beef griller but they sent 2 shredded beef. They have forgotten the side of rice which is over $5 for a little small container and the dressing sometimes are half way full and not enough for the whole salad. Also forget chips sometimes. But when it comes right it is 5 stars.

I always love El Pollo, my only issue I always have is that you can't order extra dressing. You can't customize to request in a comment field either. I have no problem paying for extra is given the option. Often times the 1 they give with the salad isn't even filled up. Pretty frustrating.
