This is so disappointing. The quality of the lettuce is old. The avocado is brown. There's barely any chicken on here. Everything is tossed around. I'm very dissatisfied with the food.

This my second time ordering the chicken avocado tacos and they make them pretty inconsistently. The first time I got 3 pieces of avocado and the second time I only got one 1 piece. The poodle needed more salt but it was decent.

the rice is extremely dry, like it has been sitting for hours. very unfortunate because I frequent El Pollo Loco, just seems like this particular location didn't make anything fresh.

Double chicken tostada salads did not have a lot of rice mostly just lettuce flavors were not it
