my food was well prepared and packaged. my house made tortilla soup was hot and fresh, my Mexican ceasar salad was chilled, fresh and delicious!

Portion sizes differ every time. Kids Mac and cheese was burnt and the side of fruit had maybe 3 strawberries and 6 blueberries...

NEW! MEXICAN WINGS are pretty tasty, but not worth $20 in my opinion. The KIDS STEAK FAJITAS are perfect as far as price and portion. Also delicious. My only real complaint is salsa was not included with my order. I received a side of ketchup instead. What on earth? Ketchup? Really???

The tortilla soup is exceptional. The perfectly cooked, bite-sized fresh vegetables, and the delicious flavors make this soup a standout. The Mexican Caesar salad is also a favorite, although forgetting the creamy cilantro dressing is a recurring issue; it simply isn't the same without it.

I haven't had El Torito in years. Thought I would try it again and now I remember why I stopped eating there. The food was sad. The chicken enchiladas were dry with very little meat. The MEXICAN CAESAR SALAD was very plain and the lettuce was wilted, poor quality. The corn SWEET CORN CAKE is also not what it use to be. It use to be kind of buttery, with some whole corn kernels in it. This SWEET CORN CAKE was something like plain old corn meal mixed with corn syrup. It was flavorless and plain. The tamale was also very bland and had hardly any filling in it. The rice and beans were the only decent thing in this order.
