I can't stop eating the Tuscany Turkey. It is just delicious.perfect portion to fill you up or eat half and save it for later. i literally order it once a week, sometimes two. Elmisa cafe makes theirfood with love you can taste.

This was my first experience at this cafe, and I immediately noticed the extensive menu offerings for both coffee and food. There are so many innovative choices available. I'm really looking forward to visiting in person! During this visit, I ordered a Turkey Gouda Sandwich, which included Turkey, salami, and Gouda cheese. It was well-layered with ingredients and tasted fantastic! I also enjoyed a smooth and creamy iced white mocha. My special requests were accommodated, which was a great bonus!

order he Reuben and greek salad at least once a week from the rancho Bernardo location sometimes thru door dash. I received a door dash delivery from the Escondido location. the greek salad was not made the same. the dressing was runny. the reuban was cut diagonally with one side empty of ingredients. how do I make sure it comes from the RB store? so disappointed for 50 plus dollars

Every single item I have eaten at Elmisa Cafe has been delicious. You can tell there is love put into every creation. The family that runs it are wonderful.

I'm sad I got a warm drink when I ordered an Iced coffee as pictured :( wasted my money.
