The chicken had good flavor but was dry. The portion was fair for the price, but overall I would not order again. The rub on the ribs was excellent and paired well with their BBQ sauce. The star of the show was the brisket (half & half). It was tender, fresh, and very flavorful, I will definitely be ordering the ribs and brisket again. I give the key lime cheesecake a 7.5/10

the matzo broth was bitter, TOO much cilantro/whatever in the corn salad. The smoked chicken was very tender & tasty while the pastrami was dry and bland. The Tater Tots were ok. The Banana pudding was excellant, as was the packaging.

So glad they brought this back when Armadillo
Willie's closed. I ordered full slabs so often from there because they've got the best dry rub around and the pork was always pretty good even on an off day. I've already ordered twice since learning about Empire picking up where Willie's left off a couple weeks ago. And so far the ribs and brisket were like Willie's... on their best days. Thanks for not letting armadillo legacy disappear and improving it even!

The Reuben sandwich was very flavorful, although I expected the portion size would be larger. The ingredients were very fresh, and the onion rings were excellent. I'm not sure if I would order again due to the small portion size and the price.

Tri-Tip-Large Plate (EA) was good, White Cheddar Bacon Mac & Cheese was a big hit, Cornbread Muffin is awesome, and they sent apple butter with it which was cool. butter alone would be cool, it's just a really good cornbread muffin. the Key Lime Cheesecake though was next level, amazing
