Their Kimchi is the best in town!!! Not only Kimchi, but everything, actually. Ethical, great quality,  cost-effective dishes (for consumers). Unlike the other major Korean restaurant whose name starts with M and has been here for quite long which basically a rip-off (high price no substance, literally) this restaurant is about reasonable price, best Korean home meal in the South Bay.

everything was delicious and warm even though it wasn't nearby. personally I was happy with the details they took to make sure it was nice and fresh. and everything was filling barely put a dent in my meal and had left overs. price is worth the food, will be coming back.

I ordered Kimchi Soft Tofu soup with beef.  The soup came piping hot with melt in your mouth tofu, perfectly spiced broth/kimchi and perfectly marbled beef. 
The tofu is soondobu and not silken like other restaurants which makes it a contender.  Unlike other restaurants, the beef is not chewy and dry. I was ordering exclusively from SGD tofu house, then Jang Su Jang. With fresh banchan and perfectly balanced flavor, this blows them out of the water. If Enjoy Soeul  maintains their quality, I will only order from here from now on.

Seafood soft tofu is so good! Tons of head on shrimp. Unagi roll was big and really yummy!

Got the bibimbob, and was thoroughly impressed. Delicious! Fresh! Even comes with a free set of sides (glass noodle, kimchi, rice cake, and bean sprouts)! Will definitely be ordering again in the future.
