Marinara - Cup [V] was only a third filled. Garlic Bread -1 pc wasn't toasted. Pizza CATAPULT was luke warm...

Generally love Esters, at least going to the restaurant. This might have been the most disappointing DD order I've ever had. Dasher was fast, picked up the food immediately as it was ready.
ESTERS NACHOS come deconstructed, that makes sense but the chips were still baked and were burnt. Nacho cheese wasn't heated up, so came as a brick. Pizza was more than well done, almost inedible it was so hard. Virtually no sauce/cheese.
