The Mac and Cheese was super delicious, very flavorful and cheesy. Wings were seaoned well just the fries were bland. But everyting is filling.

I had the Fried Chicken Wing Dinner (6pc) the Food portions were adequate. But the wings had NO Seasoning, The Mac & Cheese had NO taste the rice wasn't it either. Wasted my money

The soul bowl definitely has some soul. The food is amazing. The flavor and portions of the sides are great. The wings were okay, slightly bland but the sides def make up for it. Will order from here agin.

Unfortunately the lunch special was super salty. I did add the lemon pepper sauce so maybe it was that but it was almost inedible. However, the texture of the mac is great and the chicken and shrimp were fried perfectly.

Food is good and all the sides are well seasoned. They can increase their portion sizes for the meat however. Wings are TINY
