Wow! Way above expectation. Ribs were cooked so perfectly and tender. Not overly saucy but just enough on each rib. Corn bread was moist and sweet. Fries were great. Pickles were not the cheap pickles but high quality. Very impressed.

You definitely get a lot of food. The baby back ribs were good, and you get a lot of ribs, but needed to be cooked with more sauce. The brisket was something to be desired! It looked like spam in a jellied fat with brisket trim. My husband thought it was fine, I thought it was disgusting. The potatoes were under cooked, but no problem really. However a "loaded" baked potato includes bacon,these didn't. The beans were sweet and spicy. I had to add a little honey as they were too spicy for me, but I am a wimp when it comes to spicy food. I don't think I would order from them again.

I ordered Cheese Curds Appetizer  Texas Beef Brisket Sandwich along with a few other things. As far as the cheese curds go they're pretty much were about a dollar apiece definitely not worth the value. The meat on the sandwich was tough and the bun was so soggy on the bottom that I couldn't eat it. This place is really gone downhill. I'm sorry to see this happen.

Possible the worst bbq I've had in a long time. The brisket was tough(sliced the wrong way as in with the grain instead of against the grain and undercooked) and flavorless, the two small ribs were the same and the fish was cold and chewy. The peach cobbler was undercooked and doughy and lastly the steamed broccoli tasted like it wasn't washed. The mashed potatoes and the baked beans were ok though as well as the cornbread. I used to like Famous Dave's but it has certainly dropped its standards.
