Not how it used to be. Tastes like freezer burnt patties and old lettuce. I'd compare it to McDonalds. Maybe a bit better. But they're just as cheap with the toppings. Shame. My sister was excited to try it after 10ish years lol embarrassing to say the least. Fries are good though.

Usually decent fast food, but several problems this time. Burger had several toppings that weren't requested, wings did not have sauce on the side as requested, and onion rings were overdone and soggy. I'll remember this if I choose to order again.

Dad when the burger buns are crispy than the onion rings. Yes BOT burger buns were STALE. Fries were old and dry as well. Onion ring breading fell off into greasy mush. Worst Fatburger ever. No ice in soda either. C'Mon!

The 2 crispy chicken sandwiches were extremely dry. The fries were good.I would not order this item again.

Gave wrong sauce. Has happened before. Won't order here again. Unfortunate because the food is amazing
