Fatburger is in our Opinion the closest tobeing Homemade on my grill. We just Love their burgers, Fries and drinks and their staff is so friendly! LOVE,LOVE,LOVE FATBURGER INTHPUSAND OAKS CALIFORNIA!!!

Burgers were fine but all the fries (3 separate order) came in soggy lumps shoved to the bottom of the bag. Almost $20 for barely any fries that were gross.

Veggie burger undercooked. Missing half the toppings. Barely any of the toppings that were added. No pickles=yes pickles and extra pickles=4 pickle slices. Upcharge for sweet potato fries but also a smaller portion. Overpriced for this service

I was visiting the area, ordered the 1/3# burger with thick fries.
The burger had no flavor and was thin and hard. The fries were floppy and flavorless as well. I couldn't have been more disappointed because I was very hungry.
Someone didn't care about the quality of my meal.

This was an awful meal! We had 3 burgers and skinny fries. The burger bun was stale and the burgers were cold. Fries were undercooked and soggy.
