The surf and turf burrito was good. Ingredients were fresh and seasoned perfectly. They didn't include the salsa I requested and burrito was small. Not worth $20. Order did not include complimentary chips.

Tried Favelas today, across the street, food should be hot & tasty. The shrimp were a decent size but, they were overcooked, full shell on including the poop vein. And altogether just flavorless. Very disappointed. Even the beans and rice needed some seasoning. The sauce was bland tomato soup. I really wanted to like them but I can't. And they weren't cheap. Sigh...

Wow the food was absolutely delicious! Finally a Mexican restaurant with quality food, delicious flavors, and the house made salsa was on point!! We look forward to ordering again soon. We had the surf and turf burrito, the carne asada fries (YUM), and combo plate chicken taco and enchilada.

The carve 8. Carne Asada Burrito is NOT at all worth it. I asked for sour cream instead of guacamole. They didnt put neither. It's extremely DRY, No flavor at all. For the price im more than disappointed. In addition to that i ordered the taco plate (carnitas) it is chunks of pork (not shredded) and has NO flavor at all. But the Quesabirrias tacos are amazing!! Very Flavorful. They did not include any utensils to eat the rice & beans with. And although I spent $55+ it did not include a side of chips or any extra salsa for this dry burrito. I wouldnt order anything else from here. Sadly disappointing.

Favela was the first restaurant I visited in Fairfield in 2009. The food is authentic and always good. You have to dine in to order the enchiladas mole. Best I've had in 50 years.
