My best description is day old and refrigerated overnight. We'll probably give them another chance because we've eaten there so often over the years but I'd like to see them made in front of us. The Carne Asada Big Taco and Carne Asada Mini were both good. I was curious how different they would be. The big is literally the same thing on a bigger tortilla with guacamole. It's probably a better deal overall. Both delicious.

One of the most important factors for me is the grease level and if the food arrives soggy, often the result of the containers and the grease.
