"We've ordered from Baldo's for years and always enjoyed the food. Today order was an exception. Today's burritos were the smallest we've ever seen from Baldo's and it was disappointing. The burritos tasted as if they'd been made yesterday, kept in a refrigerator overnight and reheated. The tortillas were dry, the meat was dry and had no flavor. My best description is day old and refrigerated overnight. We'll probably give them another chance because we've eaten there so often over the years but I'd like to see them made in front of us. Today they were terrible and that was a first. "

"Note that this restaurant misrepresents what a Carne Asada Chimichanga is. This item is a WET BURRITO. It's literally the opposite of what a chimichanga is supposed to be. I.e., a crispy, deep-fried burrito. It was good, but don't order it if you're craving and expecting a chimichanga.
The Carne Asada Big Taco and Carne Asada Mini were both good. I was curious how different they would be. The big is literally the same thing on a bigger tortilla with guacamole. It's probably a better deal overall. Both delicious.

The crispy chicken taco arrived a s soft shell taco- my first bite made me look at the taco- it was like biting into cotton- didn’t look like chicken at all and had this stringy non- meat appearance.
Nothing special at all about the 3 layer nachos- in fact just order chips alone because you’ll need them to scoop from the burrito that was under stuffed that it was unraveling so quickly from the bottom. The burrito was so under filled that holding it was just squishing the contents towards the bottom and sides- no structure and really barely flavorful. Had about three bites and wrapped it up- the missing salad was my choice and now I’ll never know. "

"Everything was good and the portions were generous. In my opinion Los Arcos is one of the better Mexican restaurants in Vacaville. One of the most important factors for me is the grease level and if the food arrives soggy, often the result of the containers and the grease. Our order was fresh, chips, crispy tacos, Sopes along with the Nachos were all crispy. The meat was moist without any excess grease with a nice flavor. Overall it was a nice late lunch.
