Dressings: ranch, 1000 island, blue cheese, Italian, low-fat ranch.

Our traditional tostadas are made with crispy corn tortilla shells and are topped with beans and your choice of picadillo (shredded beef), ground beef, chicken or Chile Verde (tender chunks of pork in a tomatillo sauce.) garnished with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and our special sauce. Served with guacamole or sliced fresh avocado and sour cream.

All fajitas are marinated in our special fajita sauce and served hot. Sautéed with onions, tomatoes and bell peppers. Served with rice, re-fried or whole beans, sour cream, guacamole, and tortillas.

All combinations served with rice and refried or whole beans.
