The Best Mexican Food in Arizona
Every day, Filiberto's prepares everything from scratch. Fresh meat and ingredients are used in all tacos, burritos, and carne asada fries.
I first started eating at Filiberto's in 2005, but quit years ago because the food quality wasn't the same and the flavor wasn't consistent from one store to the next. I ordered Carne Asada Fries and they tasted the way they used to. Hot, fresh, shoestring fries with ample steak and cheese on top. Very well put together and tasty!!!

honestly i really appreciate filiberto's being open so late and consistently providing consistent food. it always comes quickly and is just exactly what you expect. they always give napkins, salsa, and silverware. thank you filiberto's.

I order Carne Asada Fries probably way too much but it's because it's always fresh, always filling, and whenever I order from DoorDash I get fast nice drivers.

The meal was quite good. The chicken quesadilla was delicious and quite spicy. The Beef Enchilada were also enjoyed.
The only problem was there was no sauce on the Beef Enchilada and green sauce was requested. They also forgot the sour cream which would have helped cut the spicyness of the Pollo (Chicken) Quesadilla.
