First time trying this place and will definitely be back. The ramen has a great balance of flavors, the pork belly is tender but has a nice crisp, the broth isn't too salty, and the noodles themselves are not mushy but not hard either. The scallion fried rice was fragrant and delicious too! Highly recommend!

My first meal here, and while the dumplins and sushi were good. I was disappointed in the main dish and the miso soup. The vegetables were overcooked, and many were impossible to chew. The chicken was almost nonexistant, as was the fried rice. The miso, which was a large portion, had enormous chunks of mushrooms, I believe, which was off putting. The broth was not a typical miso that I'm familiar with and I found myself not able to eat it. I hope this was just an off day for this restaurant.

I'm a huge ramen person, but the Tonkotsu (Pork) Ramen was not it for me. I used to frequent the Ramen Bones food truck in town before closeure, real Japanese ramen, this is a little off. Noodles/toppings are decent, but the bone broth had a greasy smell and flavor to it.
I also love Miso Soup, again this was not it. Very non-traditional, which would be fine if it weren't so salty I felt like I was just drinking miso paste straight up.
I hope it was an off day, but it surely wasnt the quality I expected for their prices.

Seriously best in town!! Tonkotsu (Pork) Ramen comes perfectly packaged and the broth is separate so the noodles dont get soggy otw to you. Staff is so nice, and never had a messed up order. ILYF2!!!

This ramen was definitely a 9/10, it's pretty good compared to other ramens I've had! I would say the noodles are a tad bland but with the broth and pork it makes it a lot better, the pork is AMAZING! It has a lotttt of flavor. And it was packaged very well! Broth and noodles are seperate so you can do it on your own, which I liked a lot!
