I ordered the hook and Hook & Ladder.® got one for free and ordered a garlic bread bread... the sandwiches were excellent... there was so much meat... all the added veggies... and there were so many that they kept falling out... it was absolutely scrumptious... I will definitely order this again

Ordered a medium NY steamer, paid $7.80 for double meat making the sandwich just over $20.00. Dasher called from the store and store employee said they didn't have the meat for the steamer would I like something else. I went with the meatball sub which was1/2 special. Got my meatball sandwich, no extra meat and no price adjustment for the 1/2 price sandwich. So I ended up paying $20.00 for a $6.45 sandwich.

Ordered club sub usually comes cold. Arrived hot, meat was rolled upina warm rubber pile. Cookie was about 40 % baked. I understand the way the dome but this was raw. Eatrnhere for the last year, service and taste is hit and miss.
