The brisket was fatty an the amount was minimal; the sauce and mayo was missing and no cheese! This sandwich was absolutely disgusting!!!

They did a great job with my order! After placing it I called to let them know my gluten free was an allergy and they were able to accommodate it. Very friendly and nice staff! Would eat again! Thank you so much firehouse subs for making it safe to eat at your shop!

The beef brisket sub was terrible: they skimped on the meat and they forgot to put mayo which was noted to be part of the sub.
In addition it was ice cold when it arrived.

Such a RIP off. FIREHOUSE Sub: 50% off select items. Select your items, place them in the cart, and discount will be applied" I selected the "select items",. you think I wouldnt notice you charging me full price for the second item, when you clearly state 50% off

The salad was "not" fresh. Lettuce was wilted an brown. The sandwiches were good and the chil was good.
