First time trying Firehouse because they had a BOGO goin on ... definitely super tasty. I had the Italian. First time having a hot (food temp wise) Italian™ , so I wasnt sure what to expect. Would definitely eat again

Ordered white and got wheat . Very little meat plus burnt bread. There was no sauce and it was dry

I ordered the Thanksgiving Turkey Sub and they didn't even put enough turkey or toppings. We ordered a large as well and that was freaking 20 dollars for half assed toppings. Like I don't expect perfection but at least add the damn toppings that were PAID FOR!!!

The sandwich is great, but the Ad clearly shows a fountain drink in photo. Description says kids meal comes with fountain drink. Employee told dasher the ad is wrong and all they offer is juice box and said "ya, the ad is misleading". As has been like this for a very long time. Fix it??
