• 6/28/26the cookies were under cooked. there wasn't even enough tuna to cover all of the bread. 1/3 of the bread had no tuna at all. flavor wasn't as good as when i got it yesterday.

• 4/25/26The sandwich part of my order was great. The Cup Chicken Dumpling I received was literally 2 small pieces of chicken, maybe 5 dumplings and the rest juice. If I wanted chicken broth I have it in my pantry. This isn't my first time ordering it so I know what the normal expectations are.

• 3/31/24Absolutely love firehouse subs! First time I've tried the New York Steamer, and it is delicious! Wheat bread is very very soft and fresh. Love the toppings. Love the crisp pickle. This is why I always give them 5 stars. Cookies are phenomenal too. :)
