First time ordering. Barely any meat or veggies, primarily bread. Even Sheetz offers more value. I'd expect more substance for $14-$15 for a 7-8" sub

The Firehouse Chili was fine, not great. TheHook & Ladder® Combo was bad, specifically the price and what I received. Everything was received but the sub bread was entirely way too soggy and very unappetizing looking and I was under the impression I was going to get a fountain drink given the price and I ended with just a can. There is a reason I don't order from here much and I was reminded of that today. The delivery was fine, no issues with the dasher from what I could tell.

Italian wasn't made the way I ordered it so much mayo it was water logged and so much Italian spice it burnt your mouth. turkey was also water logged and neither sandwich had the pickle on the side that was ordered

We've had the meatball subs & they're always fantastic. I tried the hook & ladder tonight & it was fabulous! All ingredients from Firehouse are always SO FRESH! You can't go wrong with them if you love subs!!

Hook & Ladder® was delicious! I've never had a bad one. I ordered a pickle on the side and did not receive it(as usual). The Firehouse Chili was good!
