I love Firehouse subs, and as usual they were great. The problem is the mac&cheese, it tastes great but you pay 6+ bucks and you barely get a half full cup. feel a little ripped off in that area.

I ordered 2 combos and both were completely soaking wet from the sauces. they were drenched in sauce causing the bread to turn to mush before they even arrived. paid $50 and couldn't finish our sandwiches. usually they're great!

My bread was soggy and no pickles. The other sandwich literally had 3 banana peppers on it. Not worth the money.

Tuna sub is very fine, but like every other sandwich shop, they use twice the tuna I actually want. And they always give me a pickle even though I ask them not to!

My first time ordering from Firehouse Subs! I ordered a foot long Firehouse Meatball® It was packaged nicely and the garlic-topped hoagie was still crispy. I would definitely order this again. Good job!
