First time ordering. The Mac & Cheese was creamy and delicious. I wish I could have gotten a bigger size. The Italian sub was excellent although I found the dressing on the sub a little on the sweet side. Tasty meats and tasty cheese! The bread itself was notable. It held up really well and was flavorful. I'll be ordering again for sure.

worst firehouse subs we ever had. my sandwiches were supposed been hot they were not hot. vege sandwich was missing onion and tomatoes had only mushrooms cheese and small amount if lettuce. spent $45 and went in the garbage. I tried calling the store at least 6 times and they never answered their phone. never had a bad sandwich from strongsville but I will never get from middleburg hts again

Oh my goodness it was the best sandwich I had in a long time the veggie part was fresh and the pickles phenomenal I would have to order again and the medium Mac and Extra Cheesy Mac n Cheese
