Absolutely love FireHouse Subs. I usually order the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket and it's always delicious.

This is the best sandwich I've ever tasted in my life! The honey mustard, Italian dressing, salami, ham everything on that made the sandwich perfection it came in the time it said it would. I think I'm addicted to this new sandwich. It was so fresh and definitely the most tasteful sandwich I've ever had. I ordered a large and I couldn't even eat half of half of the sandwich so this will last me for days.

My sandwich was very soggy & the bread was falling apart. The wrapper was soaked through. I had to remove most of the bread. It wasn't toasted at all. Our other 2 sandwiches were also wet in parts with wet wrappers, but not as bad. Still not even a little toasty, but at least they weren't coming apart. The grilled chicken salad & garlic bread were both good. Good sized salad. Way overpriced sandwiches for the quality. They left out all of the side pickles. I wouldn't dash from there again. Maybe dining there when it's freshly made would be better. This was our first time trying.

This was the worst food we have gotten from here!! My Italian literally had 3 extremely thin pieces of meat (most on one side of the sandwich) & a few dots of sauce. My husbands hook and ladder had everything even tho I chose to take off items & double checked before purchasing. Both sandwiches were $10.40 each & neither was even worth $5!!! If I wanted service this poor I would have gone to Subway!

Tiny sandwiches, exorbitant prices, average taste. Would never order without a massive discount, but even with a 50% off coupon I still get the vague sense I got played somehow.
Also, I wouldn't dock points for this because it was my fault for not noticing, but making mustard a default option for the Italian was certainly a choice.
