We didn't receive our pickles at all
And Mayo was switched(it was supposed to be on my boyfriend's sandwich instead of mine. But other than those mishaps everything else was wonderful. Great customer service and the sandwiches tasted amazing. 9/10

The food was horrible. The soup was devoid of flavor. The sandwiches were sloppy and tasteless. The Pastrami, Medium (7-8 in particular. I'm not sure why it was so bad.

I don't know who prepared my food but they deserve an Oscar! The subs was subbing!!! Firehouse subs is hands down defeating competition!

my chili was stone cold, my meatball sub had 1 meatball, and my chips were missing. terrible portion sizes.
