The bacon in the potato soup was undercooked and thick pieces. There was only about 3 pieces of potatoe in the whole cup. The cookies were hard around the edges. The best part of the meal was the Coca Cola. My first time ordering from Firehouse Subs and probably my last time. How you manage a 4.7 rating is beyond me, unless your subs are top knotch. Half of my money back would be appreciated, but I won't hold my breath. Gave a good day.

Another delicious sandwich! Half way through, warm meat and cheese, crispy vegetables , cooked perfectly.

Missing the stuffing, barley any meat, mostly bread. Waste of money.
