First time trying Firehouse Subs, go figure were a career fire family. We both got the Firehouse Meatball sub and OMG it was fabulous!!! Usually I'm not big on dessert items out in restaurants, however the brownies and chocolate chip cookie were so soft. I would and I am ordering from them again.

excellent! great value! my sub was 50%off and it was a real half sub...not a tiny section. It was warm, freshly made, and delicious.

The Smokin Smokin' Honey Steak Melt had nothing on it but slightly sautéed onions. I wanted everything checkmarked. There was no Chiptole Sauce, no mayo, no peppers and onions sautéed together....just plain steak, cheese and 1/2 raw onions...I even paid slightly extra for the one with Chipotle Sauce. Extremely disappointed. Blah

the meatball sub was excellent. the tuna sub is ordered last time had hardly any tuna on it so I thought this time I'll order extra meat and maybe I'll be able to taste it this time. this time they went way overboard. there was so much tune it couldn't be held. it went straight into the trash. they need to find a happy medium in there somewhere.
