This order was very disappointing & was not Firehouse quality. The Firehouse Meatball® was just ok, I added extra cheese & I added pepperoni but there was no extra cheese & only 2 pepperoni's added. The Hook & Ladder.® sandwich hardly had any meat on it, i couldn't even see any meat at first, also, it was very dry with no sauce at all & it was mostly lettuce. The Dessert Bundle 3 oatmeal cookies & Cookies & Cream Cookie were very dry & old. I have never had this experience at Firehouse. They normally pride themselves in quality & quantity. But not this time.

Far fewer meatballs and more bread since last time I ordered *yes a year ago*. Flavor good but way less meat than there should on a $17+ sandwich!

I'm sad. Only ordered from here for the buy one get one deal but honestly: the sandwich was hella mid. Maybe less given that it was sloppy and a bit bland. Jersey Mike's or McAlister's is definitely the way to go if you want a decent sandwich that doesn't make you wonder what the heck you just bought.

The Steak & Cheese Melt wasn't very good at all. Very little steak or cheese andressing it had a funny taste. I wouldn't order again.
