The sub was good but it was smaller than it used to be with half of the meat and the fries were cold and stuck together

Let me start off by saying Firehouse Subs is my go to sandwich spot hands down. I've never had an issue ever...until yesterday. My order should have been Turkey Bacon Ranch, Smoked Turkey Breast, Firehouse Meatball and chips. I did not receive my chips but I wasn't really pressed about it. But for my Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich to be a no show, and replaced with a Turkey and ham something i was so disappointed 😔 I don't eat ham. The Meatball sandwich was supposed to be a medium it was a large. It took everything out of me to not return this order.

Amazing staff. Never have I been greeted with such welcoming people at fast food. A pleasant surprise.

The bread of the sandwich was soaked so much it was not possible to pick up without it disintegrating. It tasted ok yet I had to change the bread so I could still eat it like a sandwich.
