The sandwich looked old and stale but it tasted alright. It's better when you just go get it yourself. Not a fresh when you wait for someone to bring it to you.

I love the Hook & Ladder and that I can add or take away items on the sandwich. I got the medium one. The turkey and ham are delicious with the melted cheese. it was fresh and the portion was just right for me. I'll always order again!!

Delicious as always! I'm just happy that the Firehouse Subs on S. Claiborne finally delivers.We were having to get it from the WestBank. Also thrilled the French dip isn the delivery menu! Now if we can get the gallon lemonade and tea on the delivery menu as well. 10/10 recommend
