Normally love Firehouse, but tonight we are VERY disappointed! My husband ordered the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket ™ and a bowl of Firehouse Chili. He really really wanted the chili more than anything and we did NOT receive it at all! Then he went to get his sandwich and there was such a SMALL/TINY amount of meat and cheese on the sandwich that it was just very disappointing to him ,considering it is normally ALOT larger. We also ordered some of the new crinkle "Regular Fries "which it says are crinkle fries, but we received the normal fries (NOT crinkle). When we got our delivery it was 10-12 min before the store closing, instead of calling Door dash right away I called the store itself which may not have been the right step, but honestly I just wanted to come get the chili so that my husband could have the item he really really wanted for dinner. We dont live very far so I was willing to just run get it, since it was left out but I called 12-15x and no one would answer the phone at the store. I ultimately had to request a refund for that item, which is fine but I really just wanted the correct food. Hope this helps the store to possibly double check the quality and accurateness of their orders.

The order was incorrect. The portion was correct. I ordered specific items only on my sandwich only. Due to the fact that the sandwich wasn't as ordered the taste wasn't what I wanted. No, I wouldn't order again. Normally, they are on point but this order was all wrong. Very disappointed.

The Firehouse Hero® and the Engineer® both were perfect. The kids meal Kids Grilled Cheese was good but they did not include the brownie that was ordered. We also asked for sea salt and vinegar chips and got the sea salt instead. But all in all everything was really good. Will definitely order from them again.
